Vegetarian Recipe Spot

Sweet and Sour Soy Vegetarian Chicken Recipe


* 1 vegetarian Chicken Free Chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
* 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, with 1/4 cup liquid reserved
* 1/2 cup red bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
* 1/4 cup onions chopped
* 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
* 1 tbsp corn or potato starch

Stir-fry onions, peppers, celery and garlic, cooking until the onions become translucent. Add Chicken Free Chicken and pineapple chunks. Cook for 1 minute. Mix starch with reserved pineapple liquid and add to stir-fry. Stir until thickened. Serve over rice or rice noodles.
